Process
Building homes in mature neighborhoods involves a different process. If you already have a lot or we find a lot for you, we start the process with subdivision and designing blueprint simultaneously. Our clients sit with our designers for customized blueprints. Our team will assist at every moment to serve you better. Once the plans are finalized and demolition permits are approved, we sit with our clients to make interior and exterior selections before applying for building permits. Clients are constantly updated during the whole process of construction.
